12/31/09 Picked up by a good Samaritan after he jumped out in front of her car and was nearly run over Levi was turned over to rescue because they were unable to keep him. He is estimated to be about 3-4 years old. He is well behaved gets along well with other dogs but is timid with dominant dogs. He is very herdy with our cats around him but does not seem to herd people even fast moving small children. We had him out with our small calves (we have a dairy farm) and he went right to shoving them all in the corner but got frustrated when a couple of them escaped. He likes wrestling on occasion but does not show any interest in toys. For the most part he is layed back with medium energy. He would make a great agility dog as he is very agile and loves to run and jump on and over things. He is most happy when he is where the action is and around here that is outside. He is great in the house settles right down with out even asking. He loves to crawl up on the couch with me and snuggle or just stretch out for a nap. He knows most basic obedience commands but is a bit rusty on some of them and his focus needs some work when he is around a lot of commotion.
